Changing your password on TemplateHive is straightforward. Whether you’re an author or a user, follow these steps to update your password:
For Logged-In Users (Customers and Authors):
Navigate to Change Password:
- Once logged in, hover over your profile name at the top right of the page.
- Click on Change Password.
Update Your Password:
- Enter your current password.
- Type your new password into the designated field.
- Click Save Changes to finalize your update.
For Users with Social Login (Google and Facebook):
- If you signed in using a social account (Google or Facebook), your password is managed through your social account settings. To create or change a password for your TemplateHive account, you’ll need to reach out to our support team for assistance.
For Users Who Are Not Signed In:
- Forgot Password:
- If you’re not signed in and need to reset your password, go to the Login page.
- Click on Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email address, and a verification email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.
