1. Comments Section
The Comments section on an item’s page is a great place to ask questions or see if someone else has already asked about the same thing. This is a public forum where both the author and other users can respond.
To post a comment:
- Sign in (or create a new account) on TemplateHive.
- Navigate to the item page and click the “Comments” tab.
- Scroll down to type your question or feedback.
- Click ‘Post Comment’ to submit.
2. Author’s Profile
Many authors provide a contact form on their profile page, which you can use to send them a direct email.
To send an email:
- Sign in to your TemplateHive account.
- Click on the author’s name or logo on the item page.
